This privacy policy applies to the Football Boss app (hereby referred to as \

"Application") for mobile devices that was created by Akın Aksoy (hereby \

referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is \

intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This \

information may include information such as:

· Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)

· The screens of the Application that you open, the time and date of your \

visit, and the time spent on those screens

· The time spent on the Application

· The operating system and device model you use

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of \

your mobile device. The Application does not require you to create an \

account, and it does not ask for your name, email address or phone number.

Your saved careers, clubs, squads and purchases are stored on your device. \

The Service Provider cannot read them.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymised data is periodically transmitted to external \

services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application.

The Application uses the following third-party services, each with its own \

· Google AdMob — advertising

· Google Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage statistics

· Meta (Facebook) — purchase events and advertising attribution

· Apple App Store / StoreKit — purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. The Service \

Provider never receives or stores your payment details.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected \

Information:

· as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal \

process;

· when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect \

their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, \

or respond to a government request;

· with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an \

independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to \

adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Advertising

The Application shows interstitial advertisements provided by Google AdMob. \

Advertising identifiers may be used by Google AdMob and Meta to deliver and \

measure ads and to attribute app installs. You can limit ad tracking from \

your device settings at any time.

Removing ads — either with the one-time purchase or with an active Premium \

Pass subscription — stops these advertisements from being shown.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling \

it, using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through \

the app marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider retains automatically collected data for as long as it \

is needed to operate and improve the Application. Data stored on your device \

is removed when you delete the Application. If you would like data associated \

with your use of the Application deleted, contact \

infoakworldgames@gmail.com and the Service Provider will respond within a \

reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data \

from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not \

address anyone under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personally \

identifiable information from them.

If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal \

information, that information will be deleted immediately. If you are a \

parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal \

information, please contact infoakworldgames@gmail.com so that the necessary \

action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of \

your information, and provides physical, electronic and procedural safeguards \

to protect the information it processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The \

Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with \

the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy \

regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-09-20.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information \

as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service \

Provider.
